With 25 years of experience in Telecom from projects and customers all over the globe, Björn has been working with Ericsson internationally and been involved in any major rollouts since the early 2000's, meeting Andrè for the first time on the opposite side of the table.

Spent these last years working in Norway for different operators but recently Björn has been working mostly towards Telia Norway. He has a deep knowledge of logistics, quality assurance and designs and he's a deeply valued asset in all organizations. With a vast network and a relentless focus on quality and delivery he is the benchmark.

Andrè has been working as a consultant his entire life, with over 15 years experience in Telecom industry, most of it being done in Scandinavia, with the main bulk of it from Telia Norway, where he also met Björn during Telia's 4G rollout.

He has an extensive track record with various roles through the projects with everything from site surving, building up the co location department for rollouts for Telia, to project management and advisory roles in other projects, there is not any aspects to a rollout he has not been involved in. With a strategic overview and ability to piece together information Andrè drives projects and organizations forward.
